Compersion Media operates with the precision of a technical firm. We require all potential talent to meet these professional standards before entering our production pipeline.
1. Mandatory Documentation
- Legal Age Verification: All talent must provide government-issued photo identification to satisfy 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping requirements.
- Records Custody: Original documents are verified and maintained by our Custodian of Records in San Francisco.
2. Health & Safety Protocols
- Verified Testing: We require current, clear health screenings through industry-standard portals.
- Independent Advocacy: Talent is encouraged to utilize our on-set Safety Warden to act as an independent advocate during production.
3. Professional Mindset
- Communication: We value technical mastery. You are expected to be communicative regarding boundaries and physical limitations prior to the shoot date.
- Reliability: As a multi-tenant service provider, our schedules are precise. Punctuality is a core requirement.
